Licensed since 2002, Don Pearson spent the early years of his real estate career building a successful book of business, focusing primarily on single-family investments and multi-family apartment brokerage. With a deep desire to learn and grow in all aspects of his real estate investment practice, Don went to work on the “Owner” side of the business, joining a privately-held commercial investment syndicate in 2008. At the company, Don quickly grew within the ranks and promoted to the role of Director, with operational oversight for the 2+ million square foot portfolio of Class A, and Class B multi-tenant Office and Industrial projects throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego counties.

With an emphasis on Leasing, Operations, and Asset Management of fully-stabilized core/core-plus holdings, and varying levels of value-add opportunities, Don has honed his practice on a full spectrum over the years. He is highly experienced in underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, tenant improvements, capital improvement projects, and best-in-class operational processes and execution strategies.
